Everyone there has such a caring heart and a kindness that is hard to find. My Dad has Alzheimer’s and would go in to pick up our hot tub needs and they would sit with him for as long as it took to keep him on track. He now can no longer drive and I have taken over the duties but they ask about him every time I come in. Such sweet and kind people. I would highly recommend them

Durango Outdoor Living is our family’s go to for all of our hot tub needs. You can tell customer service really matters to their whole team, whether you’re going to buy tune up supplies or a new tub customer service is great. We’ve always loved our Hot Spring Spa. Not only that they carry other health and wellness products like Combo Infrared/Traditional Sauna’s and Cold Plunges. Sounds like a sweet shop to get your body back to feeling good and dialed in! That it is!
Durango Outdoor Living, not only provided me with a quality hot tub and infrared sauna, but they went above and beyond to execute down a steep mountain grade ! Thank you, loving my sauna and hot tub.
