everybody i have dealt with at durango outdoor living -- including sales people, installation folk, maintenance people -- is terrific. they show up when they say they will, they get the job done competently and efficiently (and they do not cut corners), they charge a fair price, and they are friendly and personable. i'd give them six stars if i could.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of my Hot Springs spa. We have owned for 2+ years and couldn’t be happier with our decision to buy from Durango Outdoor Living !!
Everyone there has such a caring heart and a kindness that is hard to find. My Dad has Alzheimer’s and would go in to pick up our hot tub needs and they would sit with him for as long as it took to keep him on track. He now can no longer drive and I have taken over the duties but they ask about him every time I come in. Such sweet and kind people. I would highly recommend them
