Over and over Durango Outdoor Living gives exceptional service. Five years ago when we ordered our Hot Spring saltwater hot tub delivery was delayed due to Covid. So Shaunna and the crew arranged to have a floor model delivered to our house to tide us over until ours arrived. They helped us early on with the learning curve of hot tubs in general and the chemistry of this system, which is basically maintenance free once dialed in. They continue to go above and beyond for any of our concerns and needs.
Customer service was above and beyond. Great prices and a beautiful product. We are loving our new HotSpring Spa!
We toured 4 different hot tub stores in both Farmington and Durango, and this was the best deal for the most jets! Even with there being no sales tax when purchasing in NM, we made out with a better deal here. JJ was very helpful and willing to field calls from us. Know it might take some time from purchase to delivery if they are getting tubs in stock or if it’s a busy season for purchasing. So plan ahead. We live the tub are using it morning and night!
