Since the my purchase of a Hot Spring Vanguard Spa in 2018, Shaunna and her team have provided outstanding customer service. They are helpful, courteous and professional. They suggest tips on how to optimize the performance of my spa while minimizing the cost. From how to clean the water filters to the best use of sanitizers and chemicals. I like everything about my new hot tub from Durango Outdoor Living! They carry many different brands at competitive prices and ended having the best tub suited for me. JJ was very responsive to all my questions before and after installation. Devin/Jarrod and Ryan did a great job with the installation - they did it quickly, as scheduled and and were a delight to deal. I would definitely recommend Durango Outdoor Living.
We had a wonderful experience dealing with everyone at Durango Outdoor Living. Shaunna was delightful and when I had trouble balancing our well water John came out to our home. When the spa was delivered 5 men showed up, quite impressive.
Good experience with a major purchase. JJ and Shaunna answered every question we could come up with. Devin Jarrod and Ryan did the setup and they were great too.
