The service manager Dennis came to my house on a Saturday to replace the small pump on my tub. He had the pump on his truck. None of this “ we have to order it “ nonsense . He then insisted on cleaning the tub and replaced the chemicals. Up and running in about an hour. Now a days good service after the purchase is hard to find. I bought my hot tub from owner Shauna and Mark about six years ago and have had them maintain it ever since. We decided to buy our first hot tub and are so glad we choose Durango Outdoor Living. Zach and Shauna were incredible. They educated us and made sure that we picked a tub that is perfect for our family. Delivery and install were a breeze with Dennis and his team. They even came back quickly when I had questions the next day. And Shauna has been available for follow-up questions from this novice hot tub owner. :) From start to finish, we have been in great hands and could not be happier!
