The owners and staff are amazing here. I love this store and its my first go to spot when I need some gear or to sell some gear. Taylor the manager is extremely knowledgeable about gear and can help you make sure you end up with the right product for the next adventure you're planning.

Dude sold my friend a too small harness then not only wouldn't admit he was wrong but wouldn't accept the return less than two hours later. Dick move. Unknowledgeable staff pushed an inexperienced climber into buying the wrong size harness then could not admit his error.

I can confidently say that our staff does their best and were following our "all sales final" policy which we've asked them to do. However, we understand there are always exceptions.
