I have lived in Durango North Village for over 20 years. Over the years I've had issues that have always been worked out. Kevin has met me half way or more when he very well could of kicked me out when I was behind or had problems that were my fault and for that I am thankful. Rent is not cheap anywhere. Do a price comparison for other mobile parks in Durango area and you will see that it has one of the cheaper leases.
Absolutely abysmal park to live in. Extremely irate and confrontational owners. They tried to increase our rent without it being in the contract or lease . Walked into our house unannounced to do some warranty work. I lost money to sell and move out of this park and it was the best decision I have ever made.
