Better hope in flu season you don't catch anything. My family fell ill for over a week. Missed appointments due to the illness. Rather than being understanding we were told to find care elsewhere. Very disheartening having no consideration. The front office staff needs major help. No reminder texts, calls, nothing! Just call day of saying we missed it, and to find someone else. Outrageous. Do better.
The place is great. Missed appointment on policy not so much. My kid got sick the day before her appointment and because her and her brother had to miss due to this sickness they gave me TWO penalties and said if we missed another appointment this year even if it was sickness we'd be banned from the practice. When we have no previous missed appointments. Would you rather I bring my feverish 4 year old into your office? Cause next time I just won't call and I'll bring in a sick kid because that's the precedence you're setting... read more
