It has been months and I cannot register the vehicle I purchased. The dealership can’t get the title from the previous owner and therefore can’t mail the proper documents to my registration office. I can’t get anyone to contact me about it. I have called and requested information via email and have not received any updates. I have done this more than once.
The people are nice, professional and really trying but the logistics of this place is a complete failure! Wasted hours there. Made an appointment weeks in advance, show up for my appointment at 9:30 and my vehicle wasn’t seen until 12! Then they didn’t have the parts, although I talked to the parts department prior to my appointment to make sure they did. The shop is open until 6pm but the shuttle works only until 5pm and the valet only until 4pm, so those service become useless. They also never return your calls and you ha... read more
*****UPDATE****** The service manager just called because of this review, and he let it slip that ALL PHONE CALLS AT FORD ARE RECORDED! No notice, no consent - welcome to Durango Ford! ******************* I never come here except when something computerized breaks, but after my last experience, I'll never be back. These people never do all the work requested, never have parts on hand and will charge you thru the nose and waste weeks of your time. It's frankly a better use of time and money to just order all the parts and too... read more
