After waiting over a week for a call back I talked with Rachel for not quite an hour and the next day she said she had something personal come up and could not take my case and would refer me to someone else. She did not refer me to anyone else and sent me a bill for $270.00. I am very disappointed with Durango Family Law and I don't feel she should have billed me for doing absolutely nothing for me.
