Awful customer service and terrible quality door. We ordered a custom metal/glass front door. Finally, 19 weeks after ordering and paying for the door it was installed. However, the exterior trim was “forgotten”. We were told various stories about why there was no trim, but the most consistent one was “we forgot to order it”, and no one took responsibility for making the mistake.
