I took my 4Runner to Durango Car Care to get a second opinion after the local dealer told my wife I need all new brake pads and a few other very expensive repairs, when she took it there for an oil change. It turns out, only one brake pad was defective and the other dealer suggested “repairs” were unnecessary, saving me at least $1000 (my estimate), just on the brakes! And Ryan somehow figured out how to get it done the same day. Excellent!
These guys helped me with some minor repairs to my Jeep that I couldn't make myself because I was here on vacation and I didn't have all my tools with me. The local Dodge dealership couldn't help me for "several days". The service advisor there, suggested Durango Car Care if I wanted to be serviced sooner. Seems like even the dealership knows Durango Car Care is more reliable and efficient. Thanks Guys!! You saved my vacation!!
They didn't diagnose my broken head gaskets, so I ended up spending $2,000 on a new radiator just for my car to still need repairs worth thousands more. Can't say the process felt super fair even though mechanic said it was an 'honest mistake'.
Could not be happier with the service we received at Durango Car Care. They came highly recommended by the local Les Schwab when I called around needing a new starter for my 2008 Honda CRV. Super friendly and really fast service. My car starts and drives like a dream! I will always bring my service back to Durango Car Care! Thank you for the amazing service!
Broke down Sunday night, and they had me driving back out on Monday at noon. Very nice of them to get me in on such short notice so I could get home on schedule. Honest, great guys and very polite. Say hi to Ryan, Ryan, and Brian!
