Have used these guys for years for our family's fleet of vehicles - old to new. They are knowledgable, efficient and affordable. So easy to work with. I completely trust them with our vehicles.
I do not recommend going to this place… was a scam… did an inspection on my vehicle and left more problems than solutions; Did not put my engine cover back on properly and left an EGR sensor unplugged… didn’t notice until I was 100 miles away on a roadtrip and had to stop because of rough idling and get someone to look at/fix the issue I’ve also tried contacting the shop 3 times now about this problem and I have not heard back once… unprofessional and bad service.
These guys are awesome. They keep our fleet going. I lost a transmission and TJ was super helpful on routes we could go for it. I happened to see it come out and called. TJ told me he needed to personally drive it after to make sure it was perfect. That was 10k miles and 6 months ago and it’s been solid since.
I feel like I got scammed. I had brought in a bulb for a headlight replacement but when I went to pay they had charged me for a bulb even though I brought my own. I was not given the invoice until after I payed so I wasn’t able to catch the mistake of an almost $200 overcharge before my transaction. He refunded me but the math was still wrong and I got overcharged. The final charge was 40 bucks over my second total. It felt very fishy like they were trying to take advantage of me. My wife was broke down across the street from this place with 7 kids in a van. I called and said I’ll pay whatever , can you please go check it out. They proceed to tell her , “seems like you need a battery, but we are too busy to fit you in today.” Takes 10 minutes to put in a battery. Great guys over there Durango Automotive Repair.
