The staff is friendly, polite, and accommodating. My hearing was evaluated and hearing aids prescribed and programmed by Dr. Lucia Arriola-Story in 2023. Her knowledge and ability to evaluate issues and make precise corrections was outstanding! She worked to ensure the best possible correction for my hearing loss. Since then I have had a few device issues and Lucia has diagnosed and resolved all with expert efficiency and personal attention. I cannot imagine better care! I would give her six stars if I could.
This used to be a good place for audiology and hearing aids until they were purchased by their competitor, Montezuma out of Cortez and have now gotten very poor. Their service is unresponsive and dishonest.
Had a great experience and very knowledgeable. Diane was great at taking her time and listening to my concerns and helped me with decisions. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly easy and knowledgeable experience.
