The quality of the meat may be good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not only are customers expected to bring their own boxes or bags, but an 8-month-pregnant woman was also expected to load a full order of meat (1 full cow) into her own vehicle with zero offer of assistance. It’s disappointing that basic customer service and common decency seem to be optional here.
