I've had multiple experiences where things happen that SHOULDN'T happen. Emailed my doctor on patient portal 5 days ago and nothing yet. Also overdose me on my ozempic, told me i could take a higher dose even after I questioned it because I wasn't on it for almost two months.

This review is long overdue. I have been a patient at this office for 3 years. Not one time have I had a bad experience. The front office staff are incredible, very helpful and always very friendly - Michelle always goes above and beyond! My primary care physician Brian McArthur is the best Dr I have ever had. He takes the time to actually listen, thinks outside the box, offers solutions, and digs deep to find answers to my health issues. His medical assistant is also very friendly. I can't thank this entire staff enough!
