This review is long overdue. I have been a patient at this office for 3 years. Not one time have I had a bad experience. The front office staff are incredible, very helpful and always very friendly - Michelle always goes above and beyond! My primary care physician Brian McArthur is the best Dr I have ever had. He takes the time to actually listen, thinks outside the box, offers solutions, and digs deep to find answers to my health issues. His medical assistant is also very friendly. I can't thank this entire staff enough!
This is the most inept Dr's office I have ever been to. My 88 year old mother is on oxygen and can barely take two steps without being able to breath with her oxygen, yet they want her to walk for 6 minutes without her oxygen in order to sign an order for her to get a new concentrator!! How ridiculous!!! Never going there again!
