This is my YP Review from September 2013 and I stand by everything below. His treatment of my family infuriates me still today. Whitney Durand NEEDS to retire or die. My family (my parents especially) has known the Durands for years. He was disrespectful to my mother after my father died. She went to him to get help settling my father's estate and he did nothing. My husband and I made our powers of attorney and wills with Whitney years ago. My family has known him for years. Since my husband has passed, my family has had a lot on our plate. We have to transfer stocks, file taxes, and get everything divided up evenly. What a mess Whitney has made of this. He would not return my calls or that of my children.
