Started the whole process of bringing my brother to the US. We came in with everything they asked for on Jan 2023 even paid in full $995 and left. 14 months later we found out INS never received my brother’s application. No records of him or whatsoever. As of now, I have my dad on site waiting for the full money refund. We arrive here at around 10:30 and place it’s stating they don’t even have that much cash on premises.
