I tried to deal with this company because a realtor suggested them. Already was pre-approved with Citi- bank. Movement ran my credit again then played games and had poor communication. They took days to get back to me, and would schedule a call but then totally ghost me until I continued to reach out. Finally got back to me and thought we made a plan, never heard from them again.
We were working with another bank and had innumerable issues with delays and changes and it looked like we might not be able to close on the house. We switched to Matthew and he was able to rescue us and get us to closing in just a few weeks. Everything from Matthew and his team was extremely prompt and very professional. They saved us for sure. Avoid the headaches we originally had by going with Matthew to start with!
