Johnny was great helping my wife with her CPAP mask leaking. The staff at the store left something to be desired.
You cannot reach these people on the phone. Most frustrating experience ever. Easier to get in your wheelchair roll 5 miles to the store.
Spoke with Ms. Katie, back in April. She did EVERYTHING needed to be done for my daughter to get approved and went ABOVE and BEYOND for my little girl! I also just called up there to ask some questions for my husbands Mawmaw and was also treated great with I believe her name is Ms. Latoya. I’m sorry if I have your name wrong, my phone makes it hard for me to hear. Called stayed on hold for the longest no one came back to the line ! Hung up and called back and go the same thing one didn’t have a clue what I was talking about and the other was too busy to look it up or take my call so I hung up again ! They need more help
