I have been getting my Medicare supplies from DuraMed.for a year now. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. They always return your calls promptly. Whenever I received new equipment they called to see if the equipment was to my satisfaction and that the driver explained how to use the equipment and answer any questions I had.
