Duraguard has excellent customer service! Broke my fence latch, and looked everywhere for the parts. Not only did Chris go out of his way to help me, he got me exactly what I need for the job! Highly recommend for all your fencing needs, even the little things.

They had quoted me fairly and I hired them to do the job which they never came and completed. I had to initiate any conversation and their response was we will try our best. I was more then fair and gave them 3 months of reaching out asking when they would be here, plenty of time and notice to complete the job. I eventually found someone else to do this as it was clear they were not making much of an effort to complete this job.
