We have had issues with our flat metal roof since we moved in 20 years ago. We've had several small repairs over the years but nothing solved our issues for too long. We had quotes for everything from repair to a $40k replacement. We had Duracool come up and clean, reseal and coat our roof. Not only did this cure all our leaks, we have spent less money on cooling this summer. It used to be that our AC system couldn't really keep up during the hot months (large metal building).
