Good, tech tried very hard to give what we asked for!
Technician changed my AP to a different tower, which solved the performance problem we had experienced for more than two weeks. The field tech (and support tech who recommended this solution) did a terrific job.
Mark was extremely thorough & efficient. He troubleshot the problem & assisted me making certain the wi-fi was performing beautifully. I really appreciate his time, especially since the weather conditions were not agreeable at all! Kudos to you, Mark, & the entire staff at Rhino!
