Had Jack come out to clean several pieces of furniture, many old pieces that had never been cleaned before. He clearly explained the process and what could and could not be done on each piece. We were extremely happy with the results and would recommend Duraclean for your furniture cleaning needs.
Jack did a fabulous job on my lower level. My dog had a series of very bad issues coming out both sides. He's better now but made a mess of my carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned in a while.And it looked absolutely gorgeous upon his completion. However, a few days later, all of the dog spots came back up. I call jack, he was back here within a few days, and tried something else that totally worked at no additional charge. I have used Duraclean Restoration and Cleaning Service for years to clean carpeting, rugs and furniture. The outcome is always perfect and I would never consider using anyone else. 1. He's available in a very reasonable time frame from when you call. 2. He's very fussy about the outcome and makes sure everything is clean. 3. He's able to get out tough stains. 4. He's very honest.
