Duraclean was amazing with coming out to clean our ducts! After searching for a company for a while I am so thrilled we went with this company. I was very impressed with Duraclean and Trevor. Their customer service was excellent - this company is very customer focused. They even called during the job to make sure everything was going OK. Trevor did a great job. He was very thorough, conscientious and polite. This job was air vent and dryer vent cleaning - a big job. I would highly recommend Duraclean and Trevor.
Joe from Duraclean was quick, responsive & came to get the job done right. I was in the middle of closing on my new home & when doing my final walk through, I found nasty dirty carpet in my bedroom that was never noticeable before all of the previous owners furniture was out. The difference is night and day! We hadn't had our carpets cleaned for a couple of years and Duraclean came in and did a fantastic job. Seeing the before and after pictures is proof! Customer service was great. We needed to change our service day and they were able to accommodate. Very happy customer and we would highly recommend Duraclean.
