Joe from Duraclean was quick, responsive & came to get the job done right. I was in the middle of closing on my new home & when doing my final walk through, I found nasty dirty carpet in my bedroom that was never noticeable before all of the previous owners furniture was out. I had the sewer drain backup on the basement floor. I tried to clean up the muck as much as possible but, at my age and some physical issues, I just could not do the scope of work needed by myself. I called Dura Clean! They came to do an estimate and were able to fit me into their schedule within in few days. I was so impressed with their communication and the clean up work was incredible!!!! They were fast and efficient! My basement floor was transformed! I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
I was very impressed with Duraclean and Trevor. Their customer service was excellent - this company is very customer focused. They even called during the job to make sure everything was going OK. Trevor did a great job. He was very thorough, conscientious and polite. This job was air vent and dryer vent cleaning - a big job. I would highly recommend Duraclean and Trevor.
Duraclean was amazing with coming out to clean our ducts! After searching for a company for a while I am so thrilled we went with this company. Trevor was great! He called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I had both my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned. When he arrived he walked through to check how many vents I had and then got started. He checked in regularly to let me know how he was progressing and if he had found any issues. He was quick, clean and so kind. I will continue to use them each year for my dryer vent cleaning and every few years for cleaning my air ducts as well.
