Trevor, our technician, was fantastic. He arrived on time, very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and friendly. We had our dryer vent cleaned . In addition he was able to tell us of other services that Duraclean offers. We were very satisfied and would recommend Duraclean.
Our office at work has Duraclean come in to clean the carpet and LVP flooring once a quarter and our tile once a year. They do a GREAT job! They give special attention to any spots and make sure we look refreshed after each cleaning.
Trevor was an excellent representative for Duraclean. He was cleaning my neighbor’s dryer vent. I asked if he had time to do ours and he was very accommodating. I highly recommend. He did a flow test before and after cleaning our dryer vent to demonstrate the improvement.
First time getting my air ducts cleaned after being in my house for 5 years (I also threw in the dryer vent cleaning), I didn't really know where to start. Trevor did an excellent job. We had our ducts cleaned,one room carpet and a sectional. He was very courteous and friendly. Also, he was very knowledgeable and conscientious. Will definitely use Duraclean again.
