Excellent facility. I have been there over the years for routine colonoscopies, and a recent surgery. Staff are professional, thorough in checking everything & always friendly & accommodating . Pre-surgical & Post Op staff were exceptional.

More of a suggestion but this hospital is amazing having been a patient. If you're coming to this location, the easiest way to arrive is to put Duracell Surgical Center in your GPS, not the Hospital Ave address. It can be very confusing if it's your first time or 10th time here.
Customer service horrible.
Tight driving in and out, but the center itself is comfortable. Spacious waiting room and clean bathroom. Free wi-fi. Up one level is a cafeteria (in another section of this sprawling hospital). The surgeons and nurses are very attentive. Nuvance’s advertisement cycle across the monitor in the recovery room, for contemplation by drug-addled patients awaking from surgery.
