I had an urgent issue with one of my windows. The Durabuilt Service team came out immediately, assessed the situation, then completed dismantled and reinstalled the window. They were very personable, tidy and efficient. Prior to leaving they also assessed and adjusted my other windows…amazing customer service. I highly recommend them.
I would like to get the attention of Durabuilt management if this is one of your service vehicles. I tried to communicate nicely to the driver, but unfortunately I was given an inappropriate response and behavior. I hope Durabuilt staff would be considerate enough not to block the driveway. At least have the humility to apologize for blocking a driveway instead of showing attitude. They also thrown garbage on my driveway. I would like to request the Durabuilt management and owners to remind their staff not to block the drive... read more
