They billed my insurance company $236.25 for an item I can buy anywhere online or in a pharmacy or a big box store for $30-$50. The amount due to me is still $130 after insurance. This is disgusting and it should be illegal.

I see a lot of negative reviews. I've been ordering my Cpap supplies here for years. Never had any issues and always found the call in number easy and the staff pleasant and helpful.

Called and sent in my prescription for a breast pump 3 weeks ago, was told it would come in the mail 2 weeks later. Still nothing. I called again, these people havent heard of me and have no record of me, no info. My baby will be here in 12 days and Ive just been sitting waiting clueless. Their solution was to give me the same fax number as before and ask me to send again. Im good, Ill go somewhere else. :/

I HAD THE UPRIGHT WALKER 5 MONTHS AND IT COLLAPSED LUCKLY I WAS NOT INJURED BUT THE COMPANY REFUSED TO REPLACE IT - ONLY THE PART THAT BROKE - I JUNKED IT AND BOUGHT ONE FROM AMAZON WORD TO THE WISE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have been using Durable Medical Equipment for over 10 years now for CPAP supplies. I have had nothing but great experience dealing with the staff. They have been super helpful when I had visited them (for mask fitting - precovid) and also over the phone when ordering supplies. The supplies arrive on time and I have had zero issues. Thank you team.
