Called in to give me an estimate on my stuck garage door. Gave a quick estimate and I asked him to fix it which he did in 10 min. He had the parts in his truck. Very professional and did a great job.
Very good customer service. Called on a Sunday morning and they came right out. Had a broken spring. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me and even took the time to speak with my son since he was not at home. Gave us a good price and had the parts on hand to repair the garage door that day.
That was a great service experience. With little notice, they came the morning after I called, and the person doing the work gave me a great education on how my door worked and its components so I could make good decisions on the scope and cost of the repairs. He was a nice guy, very conscientious and good craftsman.
I didn't get a key for my garage door when I bought my condo. The power was out and wasn't coming back anytime soon and my son's car was stuck in the garage. I received prompt and courteous service by the tech, and I would be happy to use Durability Garage Doors again and recommend them. Thank you!
They called me back within ten minutes of my request for help - the garage door could not be opened. The technician showed up twenty minutes later and he was amazing! He replaced multiple broken hinges as well as the springs. He was courteous and professional taking time to explain work done and the warranty on the parts replaced. This was all done on a Saturday morning! I highly recommend Durability Garage Doors!!!
