The Village of Manhattan uses Leading IT as our IT service provider. Leading IT provides professional service, useful information, and is very quick to respond when we need assistance with any IT issue. Recently, I have been working with Mike Tarasiewicz on server and workstation upgrades and Kyle Funk has been at the Village Hall installing equipment. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Leading IT.
We've had LeadingIT for several years now. They investigate any issues and work quickly to assist with resolutions and/or alternatives needed, per the situation. They recently helped with our merger of two companies and navigated all of the intricacies involved. I would recommend them.
LeadingIT's service has been excellent recently. I'm very happy with the help I get from my vCIO, Mike, and the tech's when we have a service ticket. Couple that great work with excellent security and you can be more than confident LeadingIT has your technology needs covered. Very happy to have recently extended our agreement with them!
