EDIT: 7/17 Hours after I posted this review, I received a phone call from Liz apologizing for not reviewing my payment and attendance history before making her original decision to not waive my late fee. She stated that she would go ahead and waive it for me and then transferred me to my original office to try and reschedule my appointments.
