Hi all, BEWARE!!! DO NOT trust DurRich Realty!!! AVOID this realty and go to another place! DurRich Realty keeps saying that they are processing payments as fast as possible, but they will NOT tell me when I will get my own money. They do NOT reply to E-mails, do NOT reply to texts, do NOT return calls. They sent me the check for March 2019, and it bounced. I had to pay the bank fees.
