NO están capacitados para atender casos con personas detenidas, solo te cobran y mandan al detenid@ hablar con agentes y mandar correos, suena insólito? Sí, así trabajan además cuando la persona detenida logra hacerles una llamada le ponen en espera y a veces ni te atienden. Nunca se comunicaran contigo, nunca se comunicaran donde estas detenido. Ellos solos “Enviaran un correo”.
