Needed a fancy control panel for my Lennox Unit, Matt had one for me the next day. Mentioned my AC unit was pretty old, Matt was out in two days, and had a quote for replacement the next day with multiple options. Installed just 3 days later, their installers were excellent. install is very clean, and they were both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys for any services.
Horrible! Didn't fix the problem the first $200 service call, charged another $200 for the second service call and black smoke still pouring out of the chimney with soot constantly building up in the chimney creating a fire hazard. Won't reply to emails to make it right.
They did an awesome job. Quick to respond. Reasonable price. The guy was super nice.
My furnace stopped working at approx 11pm on a Friday night. After unsuccessfully trouble shooting it myself, my landlord promptly called duquaine at 1230am. By 130am the tech was here and even having to go to the business for a part- he had my furnace back up and running by 3am and was very kind. Thank you Duquaine!
I cannot recommend Duquaine enough! Our heat went out on thanksgiving evening & they were able to get a technician out to our house to look at the furnace the next day. Unfortunately we needed to get a new furnace but they were able to move us up in the schedule to install it less than 48 hours after coming out for the estimate. Even more unfortunately, Duquaine figured out that we needed new gas lines, but before leaving (even though their job was done) they stayed and made sure our gas company got everything figured out so... read more
