I don't understand the negative comments. I arrived for a pickup and was greeted by a lady at the gate. She instructed me to go to the window for checkin. Once I was checked in, I was given a dock door. After bumping the dock, I went inside the warehouse to walk through the trailer with the dock worker for inspection. They took less than an hour to load my trailer, sealed the trailer after asking me to pull forward, took photos, and had me sign my paperwork. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. They reject your trailer without any cause. They ask for a TIP. If you will give them then they will approve your trailer and load you. Otherwise not. How unprofessional, rude and ungrateful people. They showed egoistic attitude. They close at 4 and then keep making excuses not to load if you don’t come before 2pm. This is not professionalism. Very disappointed with each and every one of them.
Trailer got rejected, they need super clean trailer cause it’s a food grade load, be prepared to waste your hours here
