These guys were fantastic. I needed a new lawn tractor. I called Dupuis while having second thoughts as I was driving to a certain green dealership. (Had been told by the green salesman that the lower models in my price range were junk, and I'd have to wait 3 weeks for delivery). The gentleman at Dupuis said he was looking at the Husky model I was interested in, already built, and, after checking with his staff, told me he could deliver the next day! Bought a new Husqvarna snowblower during the 1st snow storm, they delivered it and I used it for 5 minutes when the belt slipped, they told me it probably wasn't prepped properly, they picked it up and got it back to me 6 hours later. I tried to use it during the next storm and the blower would not throw snow and the machine was bouncing, I called and the guy told me to fix it myself, or if they came out they would charge me. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. My dad bought a brand new snowblower from them last month to the tune of about $2,000, it broke the 3rd time we used it. I work at a motorcycle shop in Lunenburg and I know if we sold a bike and it shit the bed a month later we would stand behind the machine and fix it! Not only did they not stand behind their warrantee, but they blamed it on the user and the machine itself! Beware, Bought an Ariens from them last year. They did not arrange the delivery and just left it in the driveway. Also, when I used it the first time only one wheel drove. I called and they said a pin had to be inserted in the drive train. I thought THEY were to professionally set it up.
