We had an outstanding experience with the Ford Service Center in Casselman this past weekend. We were in a very stressful situation when the radiator on our Subaru Outback failed — in the middle of winter, in very cold temperatures, and far from home. Despite the fact that this was not a Ford vehicle, the team accepted to take us in with little to no notice.
