My wife and I have been using Dupree since 1986. Our hot water heater stopped working last night. Late morning Dupree had it fixed and we're up and running again. Dupree continues to provide outstanding customer service and they remain the gold standard in their line of business.

Service was fast and extremely professional. They always have been extremely professional and have always checked to make sure I was happy with my service. I would highly recommend them and use only them if I needed service again.

We have used Dupree several times to upgrade our kitchen faucets, powder room sink and faucet, master bathroom fixture upgrade and guest bathroom fixture upgrade. In between upgrades, they also replaced the toilet in the master.

We suspected a leak in our main water service line from the curb to the home (wet area in lawn, irrigation system intact) on a Thursday evening, and called ****** first thing Friday. They were able to schedule us first thing Friday morning and had a truck out within 30 minutes. **** confirmed the leak as suspected and we discussed options and decided on a spot repair. Dupree Plumbing is excellent. Used them for a water heater maintenance check. The technician provided insight and info on our entire plumbing system and checked each faucet, tub, sink, and toilet. Also checked the exterior faucets. I'll use them again. Prices are reasonable. Service was on-time and professional.

Dupree Plumbing did a really good job for me! My service person, *****, was prompt and knowledgeable and found a pressure problem that I didn't realize existed, but, he was able to explain the problem, the potential impacts and complete a repair. Unfortunately, that repair resulted in a pressure valve reacting and he had to come back and do a bit more work, but, he gave a good explanation and even contrasted the old and new part, so I could see the failure point. I had 2 toilets that backed up in my business. Called ****** they came asap. They were diligent and efficient. Fixed both toilets. I am very pleased with their professionalism. #1.

Tyrone and his crew were excellent. I want to thank them for all they did for me. They were courteous and professional. They moved boxes that were to heavy for me to do prior to them starting the job. They got my job completed in one day so I was not out of water any longer than necessary. 100% recommend Dupree Plumbing and especially Tyrone. ******

Great service, professional, on-time, single repair. Part cost $25, labor 2hrs, cost $750, asked if I could go on hourly rate,,sure $250. Do you hear Rip Off 3
