Staff was kind and responsive. Just have a certified mechanic to look over the vehicle before you purchase it. I bought a truck and within the first week had to deal with an oil leak and replace parts that Ford quoted me over $7,000 to fix. Buyer beware.
We had a great experience! We are out-of-state and bought a truck sight unseen. Jay had great communication about the truck. He gave us all the details and answered any questions we had. The truck had a few minor things that needed to be done and he got all of those fixed before he sent it to us. Very rude & prejudice. Was outside 15 mins & no one came to help even though theybsaw me look at the newest vehicle there. I was prepared to spend whatever. Saw multiple employees walk inside the office once they saw me get out of my car. Will never go there again. Recommend that no black people should go there ever.
