Dupont Roofing and Restoration replaced my roof and 2 skylights in 2022. The shingles are doing well, but on skylight continues to leak, resulting in water damage inside my home. The first time this occurred, in January of 2023, James Dupont sent a crew to fix the issue and committed to a 10 year warranty through the company. The second time the roof leaked, in February of 2024, James came to my home personally with a branded shirt and again committed to fixing the issue. There were a few issues. But they were taken care of in a timely manner.
great for commercial purposes, james came out and gave me a quote , being my roof was rusted out i thought the price was going be high but james gave me a reasonable quote , what a great experience!
I have to admit I had never heard of DuPont until my neighbor used them for their roof after Ida . They were pleased so I gave them a call . Every single person I dealt with from the beginning to end was so pleasant and efficient. Annah was my biggest support - she persisted with my insurance company - followed up when needed and prodded when needed . She returned my texts/ calls quickly . And very patient with me explaining RCV , depreciation etc. and answering my many questions. Mallory in office also pleasant and helpful.... read more
