Fabulous service and options for glasses!
Strong, personalized care. Extensive range of products. These will be my fifth or sixth pairs of glasses (maybe more) that I have purchased over the years (I'm a long-time customer). They also provided the eye exams by their optometrists.
I put down a $200 deposit for some glasses but declined to get them once I realized full price was out of my budget. To this day, Dupont optical has refused to give me a refund… I’ve called over the and sent emails to no avail. There was no mention of a “no refund” policy so it’s all just very scammy. They basically stole $200 from me.
Incredible vibe. I could sit in here for hours. Oh, and the service is great too!
