Despite all the physical disadvantages, see below, a few of many examples: [] Depressing atmosphere, located in a basement, without enough light to even grow a plant, and agreeable comments on the elevator, "the next stop is hell". [] Black mold that is so prevalent, they had to close the place down once to get rid of it. We all know that's impossible. That is why other places are condemned with atrocities.
