Had a problem with my Mitsubishi heat pump. Had a technician named Niko come and diagnose the issue and solve the problem. The whole process was smooth and niko handled the problem with expertise and professionalism. Would recommend DuPont for anyone.
I came home to what felt like an actual icebox — my house was freezing and my furnace wasn’t working at all. Dupont sent Niko, and honestly, he was a lifesaver. He showed up, quickly figured out the problem, explained everything clearly, and had the heat back on before my toes completely froze off. Professional, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable. Cannot thank Niko enough — highly recommend Dupont!
My furnace was nut working and within an hour Dupont had a technician to my house. It was dead. Within a very short time I had a quote for a new furnace and by noon the next day the furnace was installed! I had to put in a high efficiency so the had to find a way to vent it directly to the outside. My basement is all finished. They managed to find a way with just a small cut in the drywall. Amazing service and a neat and careful installation. I have used Dupont many times in the past and highly recommend them.
