We've had experiences with Dupont Heating now around 3 times. In comparison to other people we've used or gotten a quote from, Dupont Heating did not try to upsell us and instead tried to fix the problem at hand. They've been honest, professional and trustworthy!
The technician came to do our annual furnace inspection and discovered a problem. It needed a new part. So he shut it down and had the office order the new part. It took a couple of days for the part to arrive and they called and came over the same day. Sam was the technician this time and he was very efficient and knowledgeable and had us up and running right away. We have used Dupont for over 40 years now and they have always been terrific.
