From the outset, the receptionist was both kind and welcoming, and June was exceptionally attentive throughout the entire process. Just a few days ago, our landlord’s heating boiler broke down, and we used the heat pump for the first time in winter, but the machine didn’t work at all. Later, we discovered that the fan blades were frozen by snowmelt.
