Extremely Disappointed – Unreliable and Unprofessional Service I booked a service appointment for between 3–6 PM, but the technician showed up at 1 PM—a full two hours early. I received no email, no phone call, no notification of this change. When I called the service center, I was told, “Oh, we can accommodate you earlier—can you come home?” Absolutely not.
