After my first visit with Dr Neinstein I have to say how impressed I was with her and her team. From the moment I arrived they made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a preliminary exam where they went over ever detail of my oral health in a professional manner that was easy to understand. I left with a new appointment booked in the near future and I’m actually looking forward to it.
If you’re staying in the Dupont area, I highly recommend Dupont Dentalworks for your dental care. The clinic is very well organized, clean, and welcoming. The dentist and the entire team are professional, friendly, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dupont Dentalworks to anyone looking for excellent dental care!
I had an appointment scheduled and, during a previous conversation, I simply asked whether there were any later appointments available. I was told there were only morning appointments, so I kept my original appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been cancelled because I had supposedly asked to reschedule. I had a wonderful experience and oddly – I am excited to return! Past dentists of mine have been very mean and I’d often leave feeling shame that I wasn’t doing enough to maintain my oral health. The team at Dupont Dentalworks made me feel very comfortable and inspired to put in the effort to build good habits. Chris did a fantastic job with my cleaning and I left with my teeth noticeably brighter!! The team went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation recommending this place 💯
