Transferred money to pay my credit card off and then right after that got charged interest and they wouldn’t take it off not good customer service
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I recently went through a hardship and explained everything to them as calm as I could. While still being talked to in a very condescending manner by Carol Shaffer, I kept my cool. She didn’t seem sympathetic, helpful or even cared. She immediately wanted to transfer me to someone else. I am waiting on my funds to get released to close out my account. The company has already released the funds I been waiting on DuPont. Not as good as everyone thinks.
