Everyone was extremely professional and so very nice. I felt very cared for and everything that was to be done was explained before hand. The ladies make sure you are doing ok and are comfortable.

I went there this morning not realizing I was meant to go to a different location. The staff was so understanding and accommodating and managed to fit me in. This was my first time getting a mammogram so I was understandably nervous. Again, the staff was so incredibly kind and walked me through the entire process. I can’t say enough how impressed I was with my experience! Thank you so much for your time and amazing customer service. It was and is truly appreciated!!!!!!

DuPont Center for breast health is a little piece of heaven on Earth. Every single person was so nice. Dr. Strange is excellent, Amanda was awesome. Thank you to every single employee there. I appreciated all of you.

My partner came in for a bone density scan and they mixed her up with another patient who had different tests scheduled because she had the same first name. The error wasn't identified until my partner suspected something and asked about it. They confirmed it after scanning the wrist bands, but the whole thing could have been avoided by calling patients by last name. Oh, and of course they make you come in early to fill out a form that they don't read and ask you all the exact same questions anyway.
