Prompt and professional service! I've called other "local" garage door repair services only to be sent an independent contractor who was not knowledgeable. This is a truly local company that delivers as promised. Roger replaced a tension spring the morning after I called. I will be using Duplouy Enterprises LLC for any future garage door service.

What a great guy! I called to report a problem with my garage door, which was closing until it got near the bottom and then it would go back up and the light would flash. He diagnosed it as a sensor issue and said it might be a leaf stuck on the bottom. That's exactly what it was. He said he prefers to help over the phone if he can avoid a visit which I would have to pay for. Very ethical and helpful service.
