We had Qty 2 garage door openers replaced with high quality "Liftmaster" systems. Duplouy Enterprises responded immediately the day after we called for assistance and replaced our old units with high quality and efficient assets. The Professionalism was Excellent and went Above & Beyond by lubricating spring sets, pulleys and wheels. We were left with lubricant product to use along with future maintenance instructions. Roger stopped by our house to take a look at our garage door within an hour of calling him. He gave us estimates for a few different scenarios and returned with Dave a few days later to repair it. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how the new equipment worked. My garage was thoroughly cleaned and the price for the repairs was well worth the quality of the work.
