We live here for more than 10 years kat was a great manager and edgar the new manager is good, but I've had issues getting stuff fixed around the apartment. We just discovered mice in our kitchen and no one is doing anything about it.
Great community, manager is super friendly and love all her dogs!
Beautifully managed property
It would be a great place to live but the people living in 3990 are super sketchy. They have people coming and going at all hours of the day and night on foot in cars on bikes. Pretty sure they deal drugs. Not too long ago like maybe a month ago they had some "guests" fighting and one of them almost shot the other. They fired the gun and everything. Manager was rude and didn’t let us do a walk through when we moved out. Was there 5 years and charging us for wear and tear. Also an additional 8 days and we were out on time. Don’t recommend living there.
