Nice yet overpriced. Pre-move in prep. was pitiful. Duplex was dirty and needed repairs. Have lived here since Sept. & repairs have still not been completed. Was told the punch sheet was due 30 days post move-in. I rushed through the contract and later discovered the punch list was due THREE DAYS post move in. Unfortunately I was still between houses on assignment and trying to get my family moved up here and missed the deadline because being told 30 days put me in a relaxed mode.
