Great experience from initial sale to installation. System working as promised and very professional representatives. Rubena & Tony did an amazing job with install.
Sean and Mike in the office and Steve and Tony, the installers, were fantastic. This is the second home that we have used DuPage Radon Contractors for this service. Steve and Tony were polite, professional and thorough. They protected our home with floor runners and cleaned up after the job. In and out in less than one day. All in all very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Note I am writing this review two days after the install and I am already getting readings under 1.0.
Terry or Daniel was excellent and very professional! He told me at the end of the installation on what to monitor and if there were any problems to contact them. The finished product was very neat and tidy and took about 4 hours
