I had a Radon system maintenance appt today. Jorge Lopez was my technician. My Radon system fan was no longer working. I suspected a critter had fallen down the ejection riser leading up & out to the rooftop. Jorge disassembled the outdoor fan assembly & found a big, wet, dead, smelly squirrel curled up right on top of the fan. These guys are very organized and know their stuff. My system was originally installed 15 years ago and still works. I called them regarding a water leak near the pipe that goes in the basement. When I called, the guy reviewed pictures from 15 years ago! They then sent an expert over who fixed a crack in one of the pipes (he actually replaced some elbows etc). Great experience from initial sale to installation. System working as promised and very professional representatives. Rubena & Tony did an amazing job with install.
Sean and Mike in the office and Steve and Tony, the installers, were fantastic. This is the second home that we have used DuPage Radon Contractors for this service. Steve and Tony were polite, professional and thorough. They protected our home with floor runners and cleaned up after the job. In and out in less than one day. All in all very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Note I am writing this review two days after the install and I am already getting readings under 1.0.
