We just had DuPage Radon come out to mitigate our radon issue. The proposal was straightforward and the estimate was accurate. Our installer, Jorge, did an excellent job shaping the outside vent and sealing any visible cracks in the basement. He was quick, friendly and conscientious. He also took the time to clearly explain how the system worked and how we should monitor it going forward. Thanks very much for doing a great job and also giving us peace of mind.
We had our radon mitigation system installed on June 18, 2025, and it was the best decision we ever made! Jorge, who installed the system, is an amazing person—very knowledgeable, polite, and hardworking. The installation was done to perfection. Excellent experience. Evaluation and estimate were provided without any hassle, and included clear terms, warranties, and options. Rubenn was professional and great to deal with. He kept a clean workspace and left a nice looking system. Before the installation the radon level in the basement was fluctuating between 6 - 8 pCi/L. In the past six weeks since the install it has been hovering around 0.5 pCi/L with a couple of peaks of 1.2 pCi/L. Outstanding!
