We had a great experience with DuPage Radon! The company was easy to work with, and were prompt in communicating and proposal follow up. Tech Jorge was excellent! He arrived on-time, thoroughly explained the installation process, and was clean & precise in his work. There was an issue in that the original installation plan had to be modified do to electric supply. Jorge managed this very effectively and this was seamless to us.
I’m selling my condo and needed to mitigate the radon in order to close the sale. The sales person was professional and generated all the paperwork and drawings needed to submit to the condo association. The installer was a real craftsman with the install. Very clean and organized. I am really please with the how it looked after the install and the fan is quiet. I highly recommend Dupage Radon.
