Office does not call back with results even after calling several times and leaving messages
I give duly negative 5. I dealt with 3 different offices and they have all given me different information. I waited 3 months to see a specialist just for them to tell me a day before my appointment that they only take payment up front because they cannot take a workers comp appointment. Seriously? After I was told 3 different times that this location specially handles WC. They wasted my time for 3 months. Very poor professionalism. Their offices are everywhere just like 7 elevens.
